As you’re no doubt aware, the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has been doing the rounds, with both presidents and peasants alike pouring ice water over their heads for a good cause.
Whether they have donated to charity afterwards is debatable, but there is talk that a huge amount of money has been raised for research into amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, better known as ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease.
One important fellow that’s also got in on the action is the gentleman in the verdantly colored suit, Mr Green himself. Taking on the challenge, he drenched himself with ice water, donated 1,000 to the ALS Association, and nominated the entire Green Team to follow suit.
Keeping with the internet phenomenon’s rules, he recorded himself, the results of which you can see here:
If you’d like to take him up on his challenge, you too can record yourself upending a bucket of ice water over your head, and then remember to donate to the ALS Association to help fund research into this terrible disease. If you’re not into dumping water over your head, or if it doesn’t sound like much of a challenge, you can still make a donation to the ALS Association here.
And, if you’re as much a fan of this move as we are, we recommend you sign up at Mr Green, where you can get up to £350 and 10 free spins when you sign up.
So take the challenge, give generously, and make Mr Green proud!
