One lucky player has become the latest millionaire courtesy of Betsson, after winning the Mega Fortune progressive jackpot of more than 2.4 million on Saturday, 2 March 2014.
The Norwegian player, a young man in his twenties, had just sat down to play a few rounds on the progressive jackpot slot after a hard day’s work, and was planning to spend only 30 on the slot before quitting. However, the young winner, who wishes to remain anonymous, found that he was in luck. He kept on winning, but eventually decided after a few hours that it was time for bed. Just as he was about to shut down his computer, Lady Luck smiled upon him, and he became Betsson’s latest jackpot winner.
“I couldn’t believe it, and I still find it hard to grasp,”
said the lucky winner when interviewed by the Betsson blog. “I sat there on the sofa and was in total disbelief, but it was a wonderful feeling,”
the young winner added. He also wanted to thank one of his friends personally, as it was this friend who put the winner on to Mega Fortune.
A friend told me Mega Fortune was a good game and that I should try it. I liked Gonzo’s Quest the most before, but Mega Fortune is definitely my favorite now. I will make sure to give my friend something special.
