A Closer Look
Ultra Hot Deluxe doesn’t have the more usual 5 reels, but only 3, so it’s really straightforward to play.
Continuing the classic theme, the symbols are, in descending order of value: lucky 7s, stars, BAR, plums/ oranges/lemons/cherries and Xs, all of which will take you right back to your (misspent) childhood!
You can select your bet incrementally from 1 to 100, with the chance of a maximum payout of 75,000 for x3 7s.
Ultra Hot Deluxe has an autoplay function which will spin the reels for you until the cows come home (or hopefully the cash cow!).
Special Features
One aspect of Ultra Hot Deluxe which we really like is that sound effects can actually be switched off, which can make for a more peaceful experience.
On the other hand the effects are rousing enough for those who prefer an atmosphere of a traditional amusement arcade, pub or casino.
Like most Novomatic games, Ultra Hot Deuxe has the signature ‘gamble or collect’ feature. This is triggered every time you have a win in regular play, where you get the ‘take or risk’ option, which, if you take it, opens up a video poker type screen, where you can double your winning on the last spin if you beat the dealer’s card from one of the remaining 4.
You can continue to double up each time up to x5 unless you either lose to the dealer or decide to claim your winnings. You then go back to the main screen.
