GambleID, a Texas based software developer for customer security and online ID validation, has declared further improvements to their Customer Insight Platform (CIP), for providing additional backup towards customer support and validation, in order to comply with the new gambling regulations set by the gaming supervisory bodies in the USA.
CIP is an end-to-end solution software that allows ID validation, payment services and customer monitoring for online casinos, including anti-fraud and account authorization compliance, now also available to support mobile platforms.
With over 18 years of experience, GambleID has recently joined partnerships with the company Locaid, for including player identity verification, geolocation and mobile platform usability. Furthermore, they have also signed an agreement with DynTek, Inc., for expanding their technological integration services and operational support.
In 2012, during the Global Gaming Expo, GambleID launched their new set of solutions for regulated markets, adding up their Advanced Deposit Wagering (or ADW), Lottery and Fantasy Sports solutions, and an Off-Track Betting option (OTB).
GambleID has just released news on their plans of expansion, which include opening new offices in Las Vegas and New Jersey. This decision comes along their license status by the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and also because of latest regulations that are shaping up the casino market in the New Jersey area.
Among their casino and gambling systems, GambleID also develops B2B solutions for different industries, including Natural Resources (Oil and Gas), Financial, Government and Health Care.
