Set against the backdrop of a deserted and looted shopping center, the Zombies slot is full of tumbling horrors and will please anyone with a penchant for horror and zombies, but perhaps those in particular who remember being (or feeling) young in the late 1990s with its zombie-infested apocalyptic computer games.

A Closer Look
The Zombies slot machine is a 5-reel, 3-line slot with 20 paylines. The symbols follow the game’s general theme. There’s the yellow-on-gooey-red wild, which itself is far outdone by the stacked wild, a zombie about to get a nice juicy bite out of the player’s throat.
A nice Half-Life-type touch is added to the whole scene by the scatter symbol, which displays two bio-hazard containers. Other symbols include a circular saw, a gas mask, a human brain and a human eye (both apparently removed by someone with no surgical qualifications), a hatchet and a baseball bat with nails — all at least smeared with blood. Letters and number (A, K, Q, J and 10) follow the theme and are painted onto the wall with what this reviewer would guess to be radioactive sludge.
