Mr Green, So Much More than a Man with a Hat and a Walking Stick…

Mr Green may not be the first to have entered the online casino market, though they certainly aren’t the last either.

In any case they are one of those sites where you just can’t help taking a closer look at, to see how, in less than 5 years, they have accomplished the onerous task of becoming a major betting site which can quite comfortably be mentioned in the same breath as the likes of William Hill.

But for whatever reason this approach has so far done very well on the online casino marketplace, and Mr Green have been granted 2 illustrious awards as Best Casino Operator, and have also placed in the list of Sweden’s 100 best online companies 5 years in a row.

Now comes the $64,000 question: how long will Mr Green be able to continue on this high roll?

In the online wagering world it is kinda difficult to say whether a company will continue rising above the pack or if it will do the opposite and spectacularly fail sooner or later.

So far Mr Green’s own ‘yellow brick road’ looks to be stretching off into the horizon, and is pretty well-maintained, especially since they became a publicly traded company.

Mr Green & Co Holdings Company’s CEO Mikael Pawlo elaborated on why the company went into the stock market:

It creates a number of opportunities for us and also we noticed that we had some fresh ideas that we wanted to explore together and they weren’t really part of the Mr Green core business.

Pawlo stresses that the company must be analyzed from every aspect of the iGaming business, including current projects and potential new businesses I wouldn’t rule out that we can make investments in older businesses. We will look at everything on its own merits and on a case by case basis.

With entertainment as their core value, Mr Green have all the odds in their favor to keep on leading the betting scene as long as they keep on innovating, adding new games (duh!), and (as with Casumo) make the casino world more like a gaming adventure and safe entertainment rather than just gambling for its own sake.
