God save Ukash! The e-money network received the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for the third time for its contribution towards enabling and improving International Trade.
The Queen of England commands you!
The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is meant for the best business innovations, achievement in international trade and sustainable development of companies based in Wales.
For three consecutive years, Ukash has been awarded this prize due to the company’s global contribution towards facilitating online payments. David Hunter, CEO for Ukash, commented:
This is a remarkable achievement for Ukash, recognizing our contribution to UK exports. As we celebrate winning the Queen’s Award for the third year in a row, we believe there are very few companies who have achieved this accolade. The fact that the Queen’s Award is given on advice from the Prime Minister, makes receiving it an even greater honor.
Announced in 21 April, and as a part of this year’s Her Majesty the Queen’s Birthday Honor list, the event includes UK-based self-contained businesses that have shown substantial growth on and off-shore, improving commercial activities on a global scale.
The Best of British to Ukash!
